methods of preparation.

Practical, it can be easily taken, where it is not possible to have the espresso machine. It only needs hot water to run and allows coffee to have the characteristics of an espresso, extracting essential oils and sugars.

Hermetic, the coffee maker makes the pressure-tight seal while the coffee is extracted. Boil your water, put the amount of coffee and press the air with the moving part of your coffee maker.

The great differential of this method is its internal valve that controls the entire flow of coffee extraction, releasing the liquid only when placed on a jar or cup.

This is the most popular method among us Brazilians. Whether on a paper or cloth filter, the coffee powder is added followed by hot (not boiling) water, on top.

This method of extraction is considered the most appropriate for the appreciation of all the nuances that coffee can offer. In the machinery, the water in its 90ºC finds the coffee powder in a pressure of approximately 9Kgf/cm2. This process takes about 30 seconds and results in an extremely aromatic and creamy drink.

In this method, the coffee maker is heated and then the coffee powder is added. Add hot water, stir and let stand for about 5 minutes. For extraction, the powder is pressed down and separated from the liquid. You can serve the coffee directly from the coffee maker. This method extracts all the flavor of the gourmet coffee!

Often confused with the traditional filter holder, this filter holder is prominent because of the spiral lines in the inner part that result in the expansion of the coffee powder at the time it is strained, and its speed can be controlled through a wide opening at its base. The filter used in this strainer is also different: it should have the cone shape, which allows the filtering to be homogeneous.

In this process, the coffee is more full-bodied! Put the water in the base of the coffee maker and place it on the fire. The coffee grounds, are placed in the sift cylindrical receptacle. When heated, the water comes in contact with the coffee powder which, under pressure, is propelled to the top of the coffee maker. A delicious coffee in the steamer!
