Practical, it can be easily carried to places where an espresso machine isn't available. It only requires hot water to operate and allows the coffee to have the characteristics of an espresso, extracting essential oils and sugars.

The airtight coffee maker creates a seal that maintains pressure while the coffee is brewed. Boil your water, add the required amount of coffee, and press out the air with the other part of your coffee maker.

The big difference with this method is its internal valve that controls the entire flow of coffee extraction, releasing the liquid only when placed over a jug or cup.

This is the most popular method among us Brazilians. Whether in a paper or cloth filter, coffee grounds are added followed by hot (not boiling) water.

This extraction method is considered the most appropriate for appreciating all the nuances coffee has to offer. In the machine, water at 90°C meets the coffee grounds at a pressure of approximately 9 kg. This process takes about 30 seconds and results in an extremely aromatic and creamy beverage.

In this method, the coffee maker is heated and then the coffee grounds are added. Add hot water, stir, and let steep for about 5 minutes. For extraction, the grounds are pressed down, separating them from the liquid. You can serve the coffee directly from the pot. This method extracts all the flavor of gourmet coffee!

Often confused with a traditional portafilter, this portafilter stands out due to the spiral lines on the inside that cause the coffee grounds to expand as they are filtered, and the speed at which they are filtered can be controlled through the large opening in the base. The filter used in this filter is also different: it must be cone-shaped, which allows for even filtration.

This coffee is fuller-bodied! Add the water to the coffee maker and place it on the stove. As it heats, the water comes into contact with the coffee grounds, which, under pressure, are propelled to the top of the pot. Delicious coffee from a steam coffee maker!
